MEAL PLANNING

Weekly Meal Plan: July 1st – 6th

Meal planning isn’t always easy, especially in the summer time. But honestly that’s when you need to work at it the most. If you want to save money and eat well, meal planning is perfect for you. And I can show you how to do it!

Some people like to plan ahead for a full month, whereas some people only like to do it for one week at a time. Either one is fine! We actually do both. We write down all the meals for the month, and then we share one week at a time with you on the blog.

We were finally under budget this week because half of our groceries were paid for with the Superstore gift card that they sent out to everyone who they had overcharged for bread the past couple of years. We’re not done doing the groceries yet so I can’t give you a grand total, but I would say we spent about $50 on groceries for this upcoming week.

What meals do you have planned? Leave us some recipe ideas in the comments, we’d love to hear from you!
