Following your first meal planning session, you will be able to start setting up weekly meal planning sessions. These sessions can take place in your home or online.
The weekly sessions will give us time to look at the menu and choose 7 meals for the weekly meal plan. These meals will have at least some similar ingredients to save some money and not have any food waste at the end of the week. From there, we will create an ingredient list based on the meals chosen, as well as a grocery list of every missing item.

We will also review the past week’s successes and failures to see what we can improve. Every weekly lesson will differ, however the structure of the plan will remain the same unless changes arise.
