Immunity Boosting Meal Plan

I’ve been feeling a cold coming on for the past couple of days. So I thought to myself what better than to share an immunity boosting meal plan with all of our readers! If you’re feeling a little sick, make sure to stock up on some healthy foods and try out some of the recipes we’re sharing with you today.

Keep in mind that we are not diet people, nor do we partake in any juice cleanses or anything of the sort. We eat healthy, hearty meals, most of which are easy and affordable. We get our nutrients from real foods, without imposing any restrictions (except for the fact that I am pescatarian, so I choose not to eat red meats). I’m very fortunate to have a step-sister who is a nutritionist. She helped me find a couple of snacks and ingredients that would help boost my immunity without trying some new fad diet.
